Metaphysics
I like to think of Metaphysics as a process by which we arrive at philosophical answers that satisfy our need for understanding. Great teachers of the past can give us insight into truth but ultimately, it is what we think and how we feel that determines our reality. It is our consciousness that shapes our experience. This class will give us an opportunity to examine what we think, feel and believe. Then we can decide if it still works and perhaps change our mind if needed. Change your mind and you can change your life! Please join me Sunday mornings, at 9:00 am. ~ Rev. Evan Coleman, LUT
Sunday Service
Please join us each week for moving music,
a great Unity message, and a caring community!
NAMASTE!
Sunday School
Children are always welcome to stay in our service. Younger children may enjoy leaving adults right after service begins. Please have your children accompany you in the sanctuary to join in our joy singing. They are then invited to go upstairs as the service proceeds through the meditation and talk. The Sunday School teacher will lead them upstairs for activities, play and snacks. Near the close of the service around 11:30am, children will be led back to re-join the congregation and receive a blessing from the congregation.
Celebrate our congregation members and those we know
whose birthdays occur within this month by joining in a round of
Happy Birthday!
as we stand after our Peace Song.

Help us spread the word – Celebrate Your Love Valentine’s Day
February 13th, the Saturday before Valentine’s Day this year, Unity Lincoln will host our second annual all day ceremony event called: Marry Me Valentine’s Day!
Wedding Ceremonies, Marriage Renewal Ceremonies and Commitment Ceremonies will be offered in our lovely chapel to celebrate your loving relationship before God and witnesses.
We know that many people get engaged during the holidays. This is a memorable way to make your vows to each other for only $100 each. Marriage requires a license from the Lancaster Courthouse. Vow renewals and commitment ceremonies (which can bless any kind of relationship, including an engagement or a business, as a sacred commitment) will be certified and witnessed.
Friends and family, from one to twenty people, are welcome to bless your union in our beautiful chapel. Bouquet, flowers and decor are provided. Dress up or be casual, photos will be taken for you, your camera or ours. Our loving ministers joyfully create your special ceremony for you honoring your wishes as possible. You will receive a copy of your promises along with your certificate.
Unity is an interdenominational spiritual community which honors all faiths. We believe that love is the answer and commitment supports spiritual growth. We are at 135 N. 31st St.; one block north of “O” St. Visit our website: unitylincoln.org or call Rev. Toni at 402-476-6887 to select your ceremony time.
Please help us spread the word to folks who might be interested in this romantic way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Consider giving the gift of loving commitment!
